This happened Friday.A strange streak of light that flashed across the morning skies of the West coast of the United States on Friday leaves laymen and scientists baffled. The mysterious light was observed by many people in the San Francisco Bay Area at around 6 in the morning. The same bright light was also seen in Oregon and Nevada, but nobody could figure out what it was.Did you see the pictures? Did you watch the video? What do you think? More importantly, how does it make you feel?A lot of people don’t want to talk about UFO’s, which are simply, Unidentified Flying Objects. I had one in my kitchen for a moment last night until I recognized the pizza slices my boys were tossing at each other. The point is, just because you don’t know what it is, does not make it frightening. What is it about UFO’s that freak you out? It’s the unknown. It’s the fear. Aliens. Space craft. Lunacy. It’s believing there might be superior creatures out to conquer and kill us.It’s human nature to fear the unknown. Until we are actually able to interact with aliens on a personal, physical basis, we have nothing empirical with which to relieve our anxiety. When you toss in all the abduction stories, whacky Hollywood invasion movies, decades of science fiction, and evasive efforts of governments spending billions of dollars to cover up something that doesn’t exist, your mind has enough fear fodder to dissolve any reasonable approach to UFO’s.All kinds of people see UFOs. It does not matter whether you are rich or poor, educated or uneducated, young or old. In fact, many people who report seeing UFOs were not even looking for them when they had their sighting.UFOs come in all shapes and sizes. Some are only small spots of light that move in strange patterns across the night sky. The reported speed of UFOs varies dramatically. The chances for seeing a UFO are greater for those people who live in small towns or in the country and are outside late at night. There are few unquestionably authentic pictures of UFOs. Many so-called UFO photographs are really natural phenomena, such as strangely shaped clouds, or are light leaks in the camera or flaws that were introduced when the film was developed. Some photos are deliberate hoaxes made by people who want you to believe they have seen UFOs. However photos are not sufficient proof for the reality of UFOs because they are easily hoaxed. What do you think? What do you feel? What’s your thoughts? They mater, especially to you!I saw the lights, Friday. It was very cool.
