Stuck in Karma: Note to Self

It’s the proverbial hamster wheel spinning round and round.

  • You hurt me!
  • You made me mad!
  • You said blah blah blah!
  • I demand an apology!

It is all so unnecessary, yet we keep repeating the same old things to stay stuck in our fears, caught in our false web, of life.Okay. I apologize. Would you like me to also cut off a finger like the Dani of Papua? My Social Media Consultant taught me this: Note to self, we are God, we just don’t know it. We do not need to go through this, yet, we persist in hurting ourselves time and time again. The great change mentor Bryon Katie, in her book, Loving What Is: the Four Questions, states it ever so eloquently. It is NEVER about someone else. It is always about YOU.The challenge can be staying in your God nature while the population around you goes crazy, fueled by the thunderbolts of the Aquarius super moon. Even seeing staying calm, as a challenge, is a human fear and limitation. Stop it.No one hurts you. No one sets out to insult you. But, it is what you hear because you expect to be misunderstood and hurt. It is your belief system, so you percolate on words as you assemble them in your mind, until you explode. It is human limitations and fears that foster this response, as you fume in your self-righteousness.So, apologize. Show up so they can play out their karma. Give them what they want, and bless them. Cut off a finger and offer it to them. You show up as God, your radiant light being, and let them throw their fits. As you paly your role like an actor, you’re unscathed. They are satisfied in their human victory. Then, continue to walk your path as God.   Being drawn into a conflict is not what God does, because there are no judgments or misinterpretations. There are none. There just is. An apple does not judge itself an apple. An apple just is. You just are.How do you know if a situation is a karmic acting job? Here are some guidelines.

  1. Someone tells you it’s all about you. How many “you’s” have they said?
  2. Someone blames you for their emotions. How many times have they said “you’ve made me upset?”
  3. Someone tells you you’ve done something wrong.
  4. They have to demand some action back from you.
  5. They are out of control emotionally and have to get it out to feel better or they will explode.

Let them. It’s part of your agreement with them before you chose to experience that reality. Play your part out of your love for them. That’s what being your God self is all about. You can’t do anything wrong. You can’t hurt anyone. There are no apologies. There are no steps of forgiveness. These are human actions based upon judgments that are all false. Bless everyone that’s angry with you and go back to being God.
